About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website to send a taxi enquiry to Padmavathy Travels, and when you travel with us.

Enquiries and confirmation

Submitting the booking form or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.

A booking is confirmed only when Padmavathy Travels replies to confirm the vehicle, the date and time, and the fare.

Vehicle availability is not shown in real time on this website.

Fares and estimates

Rates are charged per kilometre according to the vehicle and trip type, as published on the Tariff page.

Estimates shown on this website are calculated only from a known distance and are not final quotations. The final fare is confirmed by our team.

Whether driver bata, toll charges, parking, interstate permits, waiting or night charges and taxes are included is shown on the Tariff page. Anything marked “Confirmed by operator” is confirmed by our team before the trip.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate pickup and drop details, travel dates, passenger numbers and contact information.

Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time and let us know early if your plans change.

Passengers must follow the law and the driver’s reasonable safety instructions during the journey.
