Cancelling an enquiry

If your booking has not yet been confirmed by us, you can simply tell us you no longer need the trip. Nothing is payable for an unconfirmed enquiry.

Cancelling or changing a confirmed booking

Please contact us by WhatsApp or phone as early as possible, quoting your enquiry reference.

Any cancellation charge depends on the booking and how close to the pickup time you cancel. If a charge applies, we will tell you when we confirm your booking and before it is applied. This website does not set or collect cancellation fees.

If we need to cancel

If we cannot provide the confirmed vehicle, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer an alternative where we can.
